By accessing or using FlapX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

FlapX is a web-based platform for managing Prior Permission Required (PPR) requests for aerodromes and airports. The Service facilitates communication between pilots and aerodrome operators, streamlines landing fee management, and provides automated approval workflows.

Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes
• Create and manage PPR requests if you are a pilot or aviation operator
• Manage and process PPR requests if you are an aerodrome operator

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Payment and Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlapX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Aviation Safety Disclaimer

FlapX is a communication and management tool. It does NOT replace or supersede official aviation regulations, NOTAM systems, or required flight planning procedures. Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all flight information through official aviation authorities
• Complying with all applicable aviation regulations
• Ensuring aircraft airworthiness and proper flight planning
• Making final decisions regarding flight safety

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlapX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
